Incorporating Movement uses biomechanical principles to tailor to each individual's varying needs. From Pilates and core conditioning to balance training and neuromuscular retraining, you will also learn to move safely and improve faulty movement patterns that could result or may have resulted in acute or chronic pain and discomfort. At the same time you'll learn tips for bone health and preventing osteoporosis, a bone loss condition that affection men as well as women.
